The decoration in the hotel was absolutely lovely, with charming and cozy touches that made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the lobby and common spaces, were clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate for senior people like myself. I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility features, such as ramps and handrails, which made it easier for me to get around.
I would have liked to see more activities specifically designed for senior people during my stay. It would have been nice if the children working there had organized some events or excursions tailored to our needs and interests.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful apartment in the center of Paraiso. The communication with Miguel and Jenny was excellent, they always responded promptly to our queries. The apartment was tastefully furnished to a high standard and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with supermarkets, bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The view from the balcony was stunning, and the swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. we had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend Excellence In Your Holidays, Begin With The Small Details.
The general area is quite hilly, which might be challenging for some people. finding a free parking spot at the private parking lot was difficult, and we had to park quite a distance away on a public parking lot.

The value for money was excellent, with a beautifully furnished room that felt like home. The location was perfect, near supermarkets and restaurants, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful.
More variety of food for breakfast would have been great.
